Cloudleap, medicine cat of RiverClan

Name: Cloudkit-Cloudpaw-Cloudleap

Age: 25 moons

Appearance: Cloudleap is a slightly small, lithe tom with dark gray tabby fur. His fur is sleek and he has long whiskers. Cloudleap has lighter gray fur on his paws, and white fur on his tail-tip. He has bright blue eyes, and his fur is medium in length. His left ear is torn from a fox battle.

Personality: Cloudleap is a rather clever and quick-witted cat. He's usually calm, and not always that serious. He can be stubborn, though is considerate and also has a good memory. Cloudleap is loyal, and usually rather brave; he's rather clumsy, however, and isn't the best at hunting and not good at fighting. Cloudleap is typically friendly and it's hard to anger him; he doesn't usually show it when he's mad. Cloudleap likes adventuring and going to places he hasn't been before, and can be serious if the situation calls for it.

History: Cloudkit and his two siblings, Petalkit and Jaykit, were born to two RiverClan warriors by the names of Shellheart and Oakclaw. Oakclaw was previously a WindClan cat, who had ended up joining the Clan. From a young age, Cloudkit wasn't the best at fighting, and usually lost to his siblings in playfights. A few days before his apprenticeship, Cloudkit got the idea to go exploring out of the camp. He and his littermates had some swimming lessons from their mother earlier in the moon, and were able to swim to shore after leaving the camp. They caught the scent of a patrol, and tried to hide; however, they'd ended up in a fox's den. There was only a fox kit in the den, and Petalkit and Jaykit were able to escape without many injuries. Cloudkit ended up with a torn ear, and more injuries; the patrol had heard the kits' yowls and came to help. Cloudkit was stuck in the medicine den while watching his siblings become apprentices; he learned more about herbs, and became interested in becoming a medicine cat. Cloudkit was taken up as the medicine cat apprentice, and earned his full medicine cat name at fifteen moons. When he was twenty moons, he became the full medicine cat due to his mentor retiring.

Roleplay Sample: The sleek-furred tom sped forward, leaping over clumps of bracken and ferns as he trotted through the forest. His whiskers quivered as he caught the scent of mouse; he shook his head, however, knowing that hunting the mouse would be to no avail. Instead, he focused on the nearing river, slowing down as he neared the shore. His blue eyes landed upon a plant that was growing next to the water, and he padded softly foward, sitting down nearby. With his silver-furred paws, the medicine cat had carefully collected the herb, and set it to the side. Watermint will be of importance back at camp, Cloudleap thought to himself, picking up the herb in his mouth and trotting off.
